1. Agreeing to these terms

These terms apply to the qlooq.cfd website and every app published by QLOOQ (“we”, “us”) at qlooq.cfd or its subdomains, including VerLogs, FundBasket and our MetaTrader 5 tools (each, an “App”). By using an App you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Apps.

2. The apps

Apps are web applications that run in your browser and save your data to your own Google Drive (or, for apps such as FundBasket that work without signing in, in your browser). They are currently free. If we ever introduce paid features, we'll explain them clearly before you are charged anything.

FundBasket is not investment advice

FundBasket is an informational tool for tracking mutual funds. Nothing it shows is investment, tax or financial advice, or a recommendation to buy, hold or sell any fund. NAV data comes from a free third-party source (mfapi.in) and may be late, incomplete or wrong, and figures such as P&L, XIRR and CAGR are estimates calculated from that data and from what you enter. Always check important numbers against your official account statements. Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks; read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing.

MetaTrader 5 tools

Our tools for MetaTrader 5 — Precise Trade Manager, Chart Dashboard and Drawing Tool — are distributed through the MQL5 Market, so your download, licence and use of them are also governed by MQL5's terms. They are also covered by these terms as “Apps”, where they apply.

They are trading aids, not advice. They calculate position sizes, place the orders you ask for, manage your positions by the rules you set, and show chart information; they don't give signals, predict the market or guarantee any result. Orders can be rejected, delayed or filled at a different price by your broker or your connection, and automatic rules such as breakeven, trailing and partial take profit only work while MetaTrader 5 is running. Try them on a demo account first and check every trade. Trading forex, CFDs and other leveraged products carries a high risk of losing money, and you are responsible for every trade you make.

3. Your Google Account

You sign in to Apps with your Google Account. You are responsible for keeping that account secure and for everything done in the Apps while you're signed in. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age to use Google services in your country.

4. Your content

• You own your content. Everything you create in an App — logs, notes, images and files — belongs to you and is stored in your Google Drive. We claim no ownership of it.
• You give each App permission to read, write and delete the files it creates in your Drive, only so it can provide its features. You can remove that permission at any time in your Google Account settings.
• Keep your own backups. Your data lives in your Drive, which you control. Deleting files there, or clearing your browser data before it has synced, can mean losing data that we cannot recover for you.

5. Acceptable use

Please don't:

• use the Apps to break the law or to store or share content that is illegal or infringes someone else's rights;
• try to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer for abuse, or get unauthorised access to the Apps, our site, or other people's data;
• use automated scripts to misuse the Apps or Google's APIs through them;
• pretend that an App is yours, or that you are QLOOQ.

6. Google services

Apps depend on Google services (Google Sign-In and Google Drive). Your use of those services is covered by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We're not responsible for outages or changes on Google's side, and Google is not responsible for the Apps.

7. Our software and name

The Apps' software, design and the QLOOQ, VerLogs and FundBasket names and logos, and the names and logos of our MetaTrader 5 tools, belong to QLOOQ. These terms let you use the Apps. They don't give you any rights to our code, names or logos.

8. Changes and availability

We may improve, change, pause or retire an App or a feature. We'll try to give notice before retiring an App. Your data stays in your Drive either way, so you can keep it after an App is gone. We don't promise that an App will always be available or free of errors.

9. No warranty

The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, QLOOQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Apps. Because the Apps are free, our total liability for any claim is limited to zero, or the lowest amount the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

11. Ending use

You can stop using an App at any time: sign out, remove its access in your Google Account, and delete its files from your Drive if you want. We may suspend access for anyone who seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the Apps after a change, you accept the updated terms.
